what is coaching?
Coaching is an experience that takes place either in person or via telephone where the coach and client work collaboratively to identify the clients goals and heart's desires and move toward the attainment of those. The process that occurs on that journey can be very profound and liberating.

I would describe my coaching style as lovingly fierce. Through the use of my intuitive way of listening combined with powerful and effective coaching skills, I journey with my clients into the deepest heart of themselves. Then, with passion and persistence, I remind them of what we discovered and we work together to find ways to express that deepest self more fully in their everyday experience.

The coaching most often takes place in 3 / 40 minute telephone sessions per month.
